Parking is available through the City of Santa Barbara at "Downtown Parking Lot #7 (Library Garage)" located at 1115 Anacapa Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93101. The Mural Room is located on the second floor of the Santa Barbara Courthouse. Take a right after passing the "Spirit of the Ocean Fountain" located at the Courthouse facing Anacapa Street.
